Infrastructure Security
Our business systems, including the Craneium® OS operations platform, run on Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Application and database access requires authenticated connections over TLS (HTTPS) and is restricted to authorized employees and contractors through Microsoft Entra ID identity management.
Payment Security and PCI Compliance
We never collect, transmit, or store payment card numbers on our website or servers.
Online invoice payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor — the highest level of certification in the payments industry. Card details are entered directly with Stripe; no cardholder data touches our systems at any point.
Our PCI DSS compliance is independently validated by SecurityMetrics. You can verify our current validation status via the live certificate linked from the PCI badges on this site and on our invoices.
If you prefer, payments may also be made by check per the terms on your invoice.
Website Security
This website is served exclusively over HTTPS with valid TLS certificates.
Contact and quote forms are protected against abuse by Google reCAPTCHA.
We apply security updates to the website platform and its components on an ongoing basis.
We do not store payment information, passwords, or sensitive personal identifiers on this website.
Data Handling
Customer and vendor business records are used only to operate our crane rental, rigging, and transportation business. We do not sell or rent customer information.
